About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pre-K Assistant Teachers. In this role, you will support our mission of fostering a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment that encourages children to become confident, lifelong learners. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote overall child development
• Support classroom management and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment
• Help prepare children for kindergarten by introducing early educational concepts through play-based learning
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and classroom transitions
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain open communication with parents using the classroom management system
• Follow all center policies, safety guidelines, and licensing requirements
