About The Position

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. At The Little Gym of Northeast Orlando, we pride ourselves on our positive, fun, and dynamic environment for kids, parents, and team members. As a part of The Little Gym of Northeast Orlando team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over Orlando.
Requirements
- Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
- Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.
Nice To Haves
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well
Responsibilities
- Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play The Little Gym Way.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the kids in each class.
- Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
