Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or related field
• Louisiana certification or eligibility
• Experience with preschool-aged children

Responsibilities

• Lead daily prayer and model Catholic values
• Foster a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate lessons through play-based learning
• Develop early language, social, motor, and readiness skills
• Support toileting, routines, and independence skills as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Maintain classroom records, attendance, and progress updates
• Collaborate with faculty and administration
• Attend school meetings, trainings, and events
