Requirements

• Proven experience in building maintenance or construction roles.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in concrete finishing, forming, welding, plumbing, frame carpentry, flooring installation, and drywall installation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks for projects.
• Oversee construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist with construction estimating and budgeting for upcoming projects.
• Perform welding for repairs or modifications as needed.
• Plumb fixtures and systems according to specifications.
• Perform frame carpentry for structural support and finishes.
• Manage flooring installation projects and apply appropriate techniques for durability.
• Install drywall while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
