Summary: This position will help with the final inspection process of Large Line (CP’s and TB’s), Small Line (TK’s and MM’s), incoming chassis, and rework confirmation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years manufacturing, mechanical, inspection experience or 1-3 years hydraulic experience
- Able to understand and use Metric system
- Able to read and understand hydraulic schematics
- Must have own set of basic hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required (will train for this if necessary)
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility with overtime hours is required
Responsibilities
- Install test instruments (test fixtures, gauges, flow meters) using basic hand tools
- Complete required test documentation
- Trouble shoot hydraulic system and components
- Final inspection of all newly manufactured product
- Prepare rework reports for manufacturing and Quality Assurance Manager
- Weighing and road testing of truck mounted machines
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
