About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all services provided are reviewed for pre-certification and/or pre-authorization requirements. Using resources available, will obtain certifications and/or authorizations in accordance with medical center policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
• establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
• demonstrates proficiency in PC applications as required
• demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems
• able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of registration experience preferred.
