About The Position
This role is for an Overnight Pre-Assembly Worker in the Fresh Kitchen department. Responsibilities include setting up and starting equipment, preparing products for assembly, transporting materials, documenting inspections and inventory, and ensuring quality assurance.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend production paperwork and documents
- Ability to accurately complete all paperwork required by the position
Responsibilities
- Performing set-up and start-up activities on all equipment in the department
- Opening packages
- Placing product in tubs or racking product
- Transporting product to appropriate area
- Documenting equipment inspections
- Reporting unsafe conditions or damage to product, equipment or facility
- Documenting lot numbers and code dates
- Labeling and ensuring accurate inventory of products
- Reading and comprehending production paperwork and documents
- Auditing materials for Quality Assurance
- Assisting operators with daily production tasks
- Accurately completing all paperwork required by the position
- Other duties as assigned
