About The Position

This role involves warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, parting, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. The operator will load and unload products from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas, and part materials. A key responsibility is to read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. The operator will convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas, and sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence (e.g., size, type, style, color, or product code). The position also requires operating a gas or electric-powered forklift truck to move, stack, load, or unload materials, parts, and finished goods. Additionally, the role may involve loading/unloading trucks and using a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.

Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
