About The Position

This role involves hands-on work with mechanical components such as fasteners, bearings, motors, and structural assemblies. It is ideal for candidates with a background in mechanical assembly, machine building, or equipment installation. The Pre Assembler I will contribute to the design and build of innovative systems used globally in food production and will be part of a collaborative team in a supportive, values-driven workplace. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, nuts, bolts, and equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply measurements with accuracy
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and team protocols

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop prints and technical drawings
• Assemble mechanical components to precise specifications
• Troubleshoot and verify proper fit, function, and alignment of assemblies
• Use measuring tools and mechanical aptitude to ensure quality craftsmanship
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support production needs by performing additional duties as assigned
• Collaborate closely with leads and other team members to meet production goals
