The Patient Care Coordinator II supports the operations of the Pre-Anesthesia Clinic across multiple locations, including Palo Alto, Redwood City, Emeryville, and San Jose. This role provides direct patient care support, including patient rooming, vital signs, EKGs, appointment scheduling, and coordination of care for surgical patients. The PCC II collaborates closely with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to support specialty pre-anesthesia programs such as Regional Anesthesia and Optimization Clinic, while ensuring excellent customer service, efficient clinic workflows, and adherence to Stanford Health Care’s C-I-CARE standards. Flexibility to rotate among clinic sites based on operational needs is required. This is a Stanford Health Care job. As a foundational level, the PCC II, is expected to learn and apply job skills, policies, and procedures to complete moderate assignments and tasks. They should exercise judgment within defined guidelines to determine appropriate actions. The PCC II responsible for facilitating smooth day-to-day clinic operations while developing the necessary skills to progress within our care delivery team.
