About The Position

We are looking for a Pre Analytical Specialist to join our team at 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a work shift of 12:00pm - 8:30pm, Monday to Friday with alternating weekends. The hourly rate is $17.27/hr. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficient data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all specimens brought to the laboratory are accurately identified (by name/specimen type), sorted and labeled for testing
• Assign and identify bar coded numbers to a test request form
• Identify specimen types and tests requested
