About The Position

A premier plastic and aesthetic surgery practice in northern California is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support continued organizational expansion within a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. This role encompasses full oversight of administrative and clinical operations, staff leadership, patient experience enhancement, marketing coordination, human resources management, and performance-driven team development with a focus on achieving strong operational and financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience within plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetic medicine environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage practice operations, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing patient-facing and sales-oriented teams
• Working knowledge of human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to partner effectively with physicians and marketing teams to support patient growth strategies
• Strong organizational, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume healthcare setting
