As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services. You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. Requirements

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years’ work experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledgeable of all aspects of EMR EPIC, Insurance, and authorizations.
Experience working with a busy medical office
