About The Position

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced, collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for its established and growing Milwaukee-area practice. The role combines active clinical practice with dedicated administrative leadership time and an onsite leadership presence. The Practice President will help shape practice strategy, strengthen hospital partnerships, support physician engagement, and guide growth and patient-care initiatives across hospitals and imaging centers in southeastern Wisconsin. The practice covers nine hospitals, including a Level III Trauma Center, and five outpatient imaging centers. Its work includes a diverse range of routine and complex imaging, a strong oncology presence, and growing service lines. The physician leader will work with hospital executives, physician leaders, and operations leadership, with support from a physician-led national radiology organization. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, with dedicated administrative days built into the schedule. Compensation includes a starting base salary of $550,000, eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, a leadership stipend, commencement incentive, and retention bonus. Requirements

Board certification by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Open to all radiology subspecialties.
