The Boston Community Health Collaborative (BCHC) is a citywide, cross-sector partnership convened by the Boston Public Health Commission to align community health assessment and improvement planning efforts across Boston. In 2025, BCHC completed a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), engaging more than 1,900 residents and many community-based organizations, health systems, city agencies, and resident leaders. Findings from this process informed the development of Boston's Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which outlines shared priorities to support healthy, thriving communities. This internship is a hybrid position with in-person regular meetings and attendance at events within the city of Boston. This internship will support the project team in the development of metrics to measure the impact of collaboration and strengthened coordination across the BCHC partner network. The student may also contribute to other aspects of the work, including data storytelling and communications, supporting project activities, and engaging with partners to advance CHIP implementation and shared learning. This internship will be funded through the Harvard Catalyst program. For questions, please reach out to Dr. Rebekka Lee at Harvard School of Public Health.
