The Practice Manager provides operational leadership and oversight for non-clinical practice functions across all HHC locations, including Palmyra, Dexter, and SBHC operations. This role ensures efficient day-to-day practice operations, exceptional patient access and experience, regulatory compliance, and alignment with HHC’s mission as an FQHC. Working collaboratively with executive leadership, clinical leaders, and support departments, the Practice Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and continuous improvement across sites.
