About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee their infusion centers in the Central Jersey market, specifically in Princeton, NJ. The Practice Manager will lead both clinical and administrative teams across multiple sites, driving operational excellence and ensuring a consistently exceptional patient experience. This role involves leading multi-center operations, managing and coaching high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence at the front desk, partnering to drive revenue and quality outcomes, supporting P&L execution, strengthening community and vendor relationships, championing a culture of accountability and growth, and driving growth in patient volume.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operational setting
  • Proven success managing both clinical and administrative teams
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, resolve conflicts, and implement improvements
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to lead with empathy and decisiveness

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers, serving as the on-site and on-call resource for clinical and administrative escalations.
  • Directly supervise both clinical and non-clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, PTO management, and performance development.
  • Drive success in pre-visit verification, patient onboarding, scheduling and retention, and accurate EMR documentation in partnership with front desk staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, regional leadership, and centralized departments (revenue cycle, pharmacy, etc.) to ensure clean workflows and efficient, reimbursable care.
  • Own center-level business performance metrics and collaborate with the Regional Operations Director and VP to hit financial goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for non-referring vendor relationships, including supervising physicians, community groups, and strategic drug partners.
  • Reinforce IVX’s values and standards by fostering a culture of operational rigor, continuous improvement, and collaborative leadership.
  • Strategize alongside Business Development Managers to support referral relationships and market expansion efforts.
