About The Position
Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and implement strategic plans for their office. This role requires a strong leader who can manage both clinical and managerial aspects, motivate staff, and ensure the best patient care. IHP is part of the Franciscan Health Heart Center, recognized for its excellence in cardiology and cardiac care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field - Required
- 2 years Healthcare Administration Physician Office - Required
Nice To Haves
- 6 years Healthcare Management in lieu of BS degree
- 8 years Healthcare Management - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide management oversight to the daily operations at IHP and implementation of strategic and operational plans.
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the practice activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team.
- Work jointly with Operations Director in the operation of the practice site in responding to both clinical and managerial needs.
- Prepare, manage and control budget.
- Monitor and analyzes any variances.
- Oversee staffing, interviews, performance appraisals, and creates an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to, and foster, motivation of employees.
