About The Position
Rock Dental Brands is hiring an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily business operations through constant daily monitoring, and weekly reporting. The Practice Manager is Rock Dental Brands front-line supervisor and business manager and succeeds using designed management tools, and key metrics that track positive and negative trends. The Practice Manager also provides a leadership style that promotes quality patient care, efficiency of the clinic, and creates a great work and patient environment. Rock Dental Brands is an innovative, multi-disciplinary group that provides office support to over 80 dental and orthodontic practices. We specialize in Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, General Dentistry, and Oral Surgery. At Rock Dental, we are a family, and we absolutely insist on having FUN at work. Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
- CPR training (preferred)
- 1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Proven work history of excellence

Responsibilities
- The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
- Ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to.
