About The Position

Elevated Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic and experienced, full-time Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our Reno location. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting a high-performing team.

Requirements

3+ years of dental or orthodontic practice management experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Proficiency in dental practice management software. (Dentrix, Dolphin, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of dental insurance, billing procedures, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the orthodontic and exceptional patient experience.
Manage front office and clinical staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Develop and implement office policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, and patient retention.
Coordinate with doctors on treatment planning logistics and case acceptance strategies.
Oversee billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable processes.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with practice values.
