About The Position

Renew Aesthetics is seeking an organized, service-oriented Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetics practice. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience while supporting clinical providers and leading front office operations. The Practice Manager plays a key role in coordinating staff, optimizing scheduling, supporting practice growth initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a medical office, aesthetics practice, or healthcare environment
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead role experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to patient service and team collaboration
• Experience with medical scheduling systems or EMR platforms preferred
• Interest or experience in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness services preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aesthetics practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead and support front desk operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone management
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through follow-up
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize patient access and clinic productivity
• Monitor appointment flow and assist with resolving operational issues
• Support inventory coordination for retail products and clinical supplies
• Assist with retail product display, sales support, and patient education
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to support practice growth initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and training of front desk staff
• Support implementation of policies, procedures, and operational improvements
• Maintain accurate reporting related to scheduling, patient flow, and basic operational metrics
• Serve as a key point of contact for operational questions within the Renew practice
