At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same - to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families. We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare management experience strongly preferred
• Basic working knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry
• The successful candidate will be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the department
• Provide leadership to and supervision of the clinic staff
• Facilitate the delivery of excellent patient care
• Oversee staff training and ongoing competency assessment
• Oversee scheduling procedures to ensure appropriate patient experience
• Prepare and manage capital and operating budgets
• Collaborate as an integral member of the WMC Leadership Team
• Participate in professional development activities and meetings as required
