Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education + experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare management or operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, workflow optimization, and project management
- A proactive mindset — you don’t just identify problems, you solve them!
Nice To Haves
- You’re a Registered Nurse (RN)
- You have experience with EMR systems and clinical operations
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented care team.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to keep things running smoothly.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that elevate performance and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and admin leaders to support outstanding healthcare delivery.
