As Practice Manager, you'll partner with doctors and support teams to drive operational excellence, coach and develop team members, improve practice performance, and help create a positive, patient-centered culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or practice management experience (dental or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial performance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in practice management, business operations, or team leadership; dental or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
  • Experience managing financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software or similar systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
  • Demonstrated experience performing front-office dental operations, including scheduling, patient communication, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and collections.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in multi-location or group practice settings preferred
