Requirements

2+ years of Dental Practice Management experience
Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and patient care
Experience managing KPIs, production goals, and practice growth initiatives
Proficiency with dental software systems (Dentrix, ClearDent, Tracker, or similar)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people

Responsibilities

Lead with Purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing dental team. Foster a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and respect. Mentor team members and support professional growth and engagement.
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day practice operations and office performance. Manage scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiencies. Monitor KPIs, productivity, and practice goals to support sustainable growth. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience: Create an environment where patients feel welcomed, understood, and cared for. Resolve concerns professionally and proactively. Champion a patient-first approach throughout every stage of the patient journey.
Build and Support Great Teams: Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure success.
