We’re seeking a Practice Manager to drive operations, support staff, and enhance patient care at a busy ophthalmology clinic. This role is for a strong, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and patient flow.
- Lead and mentor non-clinical staff while fostering a culture of service and accountability.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
- Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and care standards.
