Requirements
- Experience as a manager in an oral surgery practice (3+ years required)
- A confident, supportive leader with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance, billing, and financial management
- Tech-savvy with practice software (DSN is a plus)
- Someone who thrives when things get busy and keeps patient care at the center

Responsibilities
- Keep our practice running smoothly and profitably day-to-day
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing dental team
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance reviews
- Oversee financials: budgets, collections, reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, insurance, and dental regulations
- Create strategies that wow our patients and keep them coming back!
