About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Evergreen Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead this established clinic. Lead a clinic. Keep your patients. At Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, you’ll be accountable for clinic operations, develop your team, and build community relationships - all without stepping away from the work that brought you to PT in the first place. About Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy Therapeutic Associates has been PT-owned since our founding and that shapes how we operate. Autonomy backed by real support - Our clinic directors aren't executing a playbook handed down from a management company; they have real latitude to build their teams, serve their communities, and lead with their own judgment, supported by peers and experienced leaders across our network. Realistic productivity standards - Patient care expectations, and clinical decisions are set by PTs, not administrators - clinicians who understand what quality care actually requires. Strong investment in your growth - More details below. Technology that supports excellence - AI-supported documentation, etc. A deeper stake in the organization - Clinic directors who demonstrate strong leadership have the opportunity to be considered for shareholder status over time, directly influencing how the company grows.
