About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Evergreen Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead this established clinic. Lead a clinic. Keep your patients. Requirements

Active Physical Therapy license is required
2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus is required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management is advantageous

Responsibilities

Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic
Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow
Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals
Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations
Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing
Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives
