About The Position

Practice Manager II primary responsibilities include strategic direction and maintenance of the daily operations, financial and budgetary oversight as well as general management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties and high complexity. As a Practice Manager II, you will: Be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site (location). Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Have overall operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services. Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice. Be able to review and report on financial performance and key practice indicators. Identify Practice / Business Development Opportunities to increase practice market share. Interact with physicians and administration to ensure their practice business needs are met and resolves any medical or administrative issues. Have oversight and accountability for Practice Metrics whether daily, weekly or monthly.
