About The Position

The Practice Manager II provides operational leadership, daily oversight, and administrative management for assigned physician practice locations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient practice operations, high-quality patient experiences, financial stewardship, staff engagement, and compliance with organizational standards. The Practice Manager II models positive leadership behaviors, promotes team collaboration, and supports departmental and organizational goals, and is typically responsible for managing physician practices consisting of up to three providers.

Requirements

• An associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant leadership experience may be considered in lieu of the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience preferably within a healthcare or physician practice setting.
• Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
