Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics. This role is responsible for the oversight of 7 or fewer providers or a single clinic/department, as well as the fiscal management of the assigned clinics. The Practice Manager plans, processes, and utilizes resources to ensure goals and objectives are met, interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients, and develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors. The role also involves assisting with hiring and mentoring of team members and working with other departments and vendors as needed.
