About The Position

SMG Family Internal Medicine Physicians Kingsmill is currently seeking a Practice Manager I in Williamsburg, VA! The Practice Manager I partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one clinics/practice with up to 10 staff members. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance. Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment preferred.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Healthcare experience REQUIRED
  • 1 year of Supervisory experience REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of education
  • Candidates holding these licensures are encouraged to apply: LPN, RN, CMA, and RT

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment preferred
  • Practice management experience preferred
