About The Position

Sentara Medical Group- Internal Medicine Downtown Suffolk is currently seeking a Practice Manager! Full-Time, permanent position (40 hours) Job responsibilities: The Assistant Practice Manager assumes responsibility, leadership, and accountability for daily operations. Coordinate work monitoring for quality of service. Support employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed. Acts as lead during Practice Manager’s absence. Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Requirements

  • 3 years of clerical experience Required
  • Previous management experience Required
  • High School Diploma
