About The Position

The Practice Management Specialist is responsible for providing operational and decision support to the service line leadership. This individual updates the management team on decision support findings to facilitate fast and efficient business decisions. Coordinates with other business functions to identify and monitor potential opportunities for organizational improvement and success.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent worker who can multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to present to large audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SQL, and SSRS
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in a health care related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop key metrics and dashboards.
  • Develops and maintains key reports utilized by leadership in support of key decision-making.
  • Assists leadership during operational reviews, follows up with senior leaders on key deliverables.
  • Coordinates and manages projects as identified by the service line leadership.
  • Facilitates analytic communications relating to speeches, presentations, organizational messages.
  • Assists and Builds ROI/Risk Avoidance models in collaboration with Finance to assess ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Deals with confidential matters, maintains a level of professionalism.
  • Must have a strong desire to learn new reporting/business intelligence techniques as the business evolves.
