About The Position

World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity for a Practice Management - Platform Engineer. In this role, you will serve as the operational and technical backbone of the Managed Services Build Team, owning platform governance, workflow architecture, and cross-functional enablement to drive adoption and program scalability. You will collaborate with ATC engineers to develop and maintain labs that support the evolving OEM landscape of Managed Services, while also leading structured programs that translate technical capabilities into business-aligned outcomes. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following:
  • Proven experience administering and operating enterprise platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, Amplitude, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or equivalent); Gainsight Admin certification (L1/L2) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect automated workflows, CTA triggers, and governance frameworks that span multiple integrated systems and data sources.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility; experience designing and launching customer-facing or user-facing tools, portals, and dashboards with clear information architecture and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Power BI); ability to build executive-ready dashboards and QBR assets that combine operational analytics with visual storytelling.
  • Experience developing enablement programs, training materials, and user communications that drive platform adoption at scale.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills; comfortable training other teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Storytelling skills to share the why and how of what we do; ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Intrinsically/self-motivated: must thrive in situations where given autonomy and responsibility to find solutions to problems with limited direction.
  • High attention to detail; able to solve complex operational and systems challenges in a high-performance collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools is a plus.
  • Gainsight Certified Administrator (Level I and Level II) Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assists with platform operations for managed services tooling, including systems integration, workflow architecture, automation governance, and reporting infrastructure across SD-WAN, Route/Switch, Unified Communications, Data Center, and Cloud Platforms.
  • Designs solutions that map to our automated workflows and CTA frameworks across integrated platforms (e.g., monitoring tools, ITSM systems, enterprise data sources) to surface real-time risk, lifecycle exposure, and operational opportunities.
  • Become SME around all monitoring tooling used across the OEM landscape; provide technical guidance to engineers delivering services to customers.
  • Build and manage structured practice programs with standardized workflows, executive reporting, documentation, and governance frameworks that replace manual processes with scalable, system-managed solutions.
  • Work with ATC teams to build and maintain labs for OEMs Managed Services supports; research and distill new technology into demonstrations and training for the team.
  • Develop and deliver enablement solutions for platform users, including AI-powered self-service resources, user guidance, feedback processes, and troubleshooting documentation to accelerate adoption.
  • Lead rollout of new platform features and AI capabilities; design structured feedback collection and early-access testing programs (e.g., SPACE-model approach) to inform more deliberate feature deployment decisions.
  • Facilitate platform user listening sessions to identify workflow friction; translate findings into process redesigns, updated training materials, and governance improvements.
  • Coordinate and author cross-functional communications and newsletters delivering operational insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Speak and present to internal team audiences on platform capabilities, integration strategies, and monitoring approaches; at times, engage customers directly as a SME on OEM-specific solutions.
  • Provide support for other areas of MS Build including Transition, Life-Cycle Management, Tactical Day-to-Day, Development and Integration.
