About The Position

S&ME is seeking a motivated and results-driven Practice Leader to help us expand into and lead our growth in the Industrial & Data Centers market across the organization. As the Industrial & Data Centers Practice Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. If you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth, and influencing strategy, we invite you to join our team. This individual can be based near any S&ME office location.

Requirements

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets
• Strong industry network and client relationships
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles
• You have a proven track record of success winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center market
• Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent)

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels
• Leverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner for each of our service lines
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Partner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scale
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
• Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement to keep S&ME at the forefront
