About The Position

Seeking a senior Global FCC FinTech Lead to drive business growth, client engagement, thought leadership, and global practice development across Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, business development experience, and deep expertise across AML, Sanctions, Fraud, transaction monitoring, AI-enabled AML solutions, blockchain analytics, digital assets, and FCC transformation.

• Strong knowledge of current and emerging regulations, regulatory drivers, industry trends, and compliance strategies.
• Experience leading the planning, management, and execution of complex client engagements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams delivering FCC regulatory and transformation programs across AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and related areas.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to assess governance, risk, compliance, and internal control environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to provide practical guidance on existing and emerging financial services regulations and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, pipeline development, key account expansion, and global go-to-market strategy for the FinTech FCC practice.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across banking, capital markets, FinTech, and payment services firms.
• Leverage an established professional network to generate leads and secure new business.
• Support industry conferences, client alerts, white papers, speaking engagements, proposals, and client pitches.
• Bring expertise in transaction monitoring optimization, AI-enabled AML solutions, blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, and Elliptic, digital asset risk management, and FCC business/technology transformation.
• Contribute to the development of innovative, technology-enabled FCC products and services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current and emerging regulations, regulatory drivers, industry trends, and compliance strategies.
• Provide thought leadership through industry presentations, publications, and client engagements.
• Coordinate global practice development across regions and drive consistency in methodologies and offerings.
• Build and develop a global community of FinTech FCC practitioners.
• Mentor, coach, and manage junior team members.
• Provide oversight and technical leadership for compliance, risk, and governance advisory engagements.
• Identify and promote industry and organizational best practices.
