About The Position

As Practice Lead Data & AI, you will be responsible for growing and shaping our Data & AI practice, increasing our market presence, and helping customers navigate their AI and data transformation journeys. You will act as a catalyst for growth by driving strategic customer engagements and complex Data & AI opportunities, building strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners, representing Inetum at events, round tables, and industry communities, helping create and position innovative Data & AI offerings, supporting the development of a strong and scalable Data & AI team, attracting, mentoring, and inspiring top talent, and working closely with team leads, who will report into the practice structure. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and technology stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful engagements. You will play a crucial role in expanding our Data & AI footprint in Belgium and beyond. Your focus areas include Customer engagement on strategic Data & AI challenges, supporting large and complex deal creation, acting as a trusted advisor on Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, Generative AI, and AI Sovereignty, and strengthening Inetum's position in the Belgian market. For People, you will build, coach, and grow a high-performing team, help attract both junior and senior Data & AI professionals, create an inspiring environment where talent can thrive, and ensure the right skills are available to support customer demand and future growth. For Offering & Innovation, you will shape and evolve Inetum's Data & AI portfolio, stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies, work closely with Microsoft and other strategic partners, and drive innovation around responsible AI, sovereign AI, data platforms, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

Senior professional with a proven track record in Data & AI consulting, technology leadership, or digital transformation.
Combines technical depth with strong business acumen and natural leadership.
Extensive experience in Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, and AI technologies.
Strong customer-facing background.
Comfortable engaging with both technical leaders and executive stakeholders.
Recognized as a thought leader inside and outside their organization.
Experience speaking at events, customer forums, or industry communities.
Highly collaborative and able to influence without formal authority.
Can inspire teams and create momentum in a fast-growing environment.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
