About The Position

The AI Practice Lead is a senior, client-facing consulting leader responsible for building and scaling Resourcive’s Anthropic/Claude services portfolio. This leadership role focuses on deepening Resourcive’s Anthropic partnership, generating revenue from Claude advisory services, and establishing Resourcive as a leader in sophisticated Claude adoption. The practice operates on two layers: advisory, where the lead advises clients on AI strategy, operating models, governance, agentic workflows, and use case identification across the LLM ecosystem; and delivery, which is Claude-anchored with a focus on Anthropic for implementation depth, certifications, and partner investment. The individual will simultaneously own practice growth, client delivery, partnership execution, and internal enablement, using Resourcive’s own Claude adoption as a proof point.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in technology consulting, enterprise IT advisory, or digital transformation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude and/or the Anthropic API (non-negotiable; generalist AI knowledge is not sufficient).
  • Demonstrated track record building or scaling a practice area or service offering from the ground up.
  • Experience advising CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders on AI strategy and enterprise technology adoption.
  • CCA-F certification (Anthropic’s Claude for Work certification) required within 30 days of start; existing certification is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in vendor evaluation, sourcing, and implementation oversight is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Anthropic’s partner program, certification requirements, or Claude enterprise deployment is a significant differentiator.

Responsibilities

  • Originate, shape, and close AI advisory engagements, acting as a selling and delivery role.
  • Mine existing client relationships to identify and qualify AI opportunities.
  • Design and package the AI services portfolio, including readiness assessments, sourcing and vendor evaluation, deployment advisory, and optimization engagements.
  • Support proposals, solution positioning, and executive presentations.
  • Design, build, and launch Resourcive’s Claude advisory and implementation services portfolio.
  • Define repeatable methodologies for Claude use case identification, governance frameworks, and ROI measurement.
  • Own Resourcive’s Anthropic Partner tier roadmap, driving CCA-F certification and securing joint client engagements.
  • Maintain Resourcive’s standing as an Anthropic partner.
  • Serve as Resourcive’s senior Claude subject matter expert in client engagements.
  • Lead Claude readiness assessments.
  • Guide clients through Claude model selection, deployment architecture, and integration strategy.
  • Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
  • Help clients navigate Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy, enterprise trust and safety requirements, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Lead Claude engagements from scoping through deployment oversight and optimization.
  • Partner with technology and sourcing advisors to integrate Claude recommendations into broader IT advisory engagements.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for Claude initiatives.
  • Contribute to joint client engagements with Anthropic.
  • Serve as Resourcive’s primary relationship owner with Anthropic’s partner team.
  • Stay current on Claude model releases, API capabilities, pricing changes, and Anthropic’s go-to-market priorities.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of Claude implementation partners.
  • Represent Resourcive at Anthropic partner events, webinars, and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Develop Claude-specific service collateral with Marketing.
  • Support business development through solution positioning, proposal contributions, and client presentations.
  • Help the broader Resourcive team identify and qualify Claude opportunities.
