About The Position

This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and leveraging a broad network of healthcare professionals, referral sources, and centers of influence. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build credibility in the market, identify opportunities, and connect healthcare providers with specialized financing solutions. The focus will be on expanding market presence, developing strategic referral partnerships, and originating opportunities that support healthcare professionals throughout the lifecycle of practice ownership, acquisition, expansion, and growth. Working within a highly specialized healthcare banking team, the individual will bring industry expertise, financing knowledge, and business development acumen to drive portfolio growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in practice financing with proven success

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market development activities.
  • Establish and cultivate a broad network of healthcare-focused centers of influence, including consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, equipment vendors, and industry associations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective healthcare practice finance opportunities.
  • Represent the bank within the healthcare community through industry events, professional organizations, conferences, and referral partner engagement.
  • Originate financing opportunities related to practice acquisitions, partner buy-ins and buy-outs, commercial real estate, equipment purchases, and practice expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate financing opportunities and recommend structures that align with client objectives, credit guidelines, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the practice finance marketplace.
