The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and quickly recognizing and acting upon business trends. Additionally, the role requires effective communication, promoting a culture of collaboration, motivating and leading by example, providing recognition, managing change efforts, facilitating resolutions, and conducting effective meetings. A key aspect is leading customer retention and expansion strategy and building customer loyalty through superior service.
