About The Position

This role is for a Technology Director. The position requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management, and leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan.

Requirements

• System-engineer level knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VoIP, and IT infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Management Information Systems and educational software integration.
• Strong project management skills.
• Grant writing skills.
• RFP preparation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability as a leader through excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive team culture.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute the full range of administrative tasks.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Educational Technology or a related field.
