Effective communication, collaboration, and fostering a culture of motivation and recognition are crucial. The role also entails leading customer retention and expansion strategies, building customer loyalty through superior service, and leading with character, trust, respect, and credibility. Promoting an inclusive work environment, taking responsibility for actions, creating a positive team culture, and treating others fairly are essential leadership qualities. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are based on location, with a total headcount of up to 4, including the Practice Director.
