The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role requires expertise in talent solutions and/or management, with a proven track record in business generation and leadership. The Practice Director will be responsible for driving revenue, managing operational execution, and fostering a collaborative team culture. They will also focus on customer retention and building client loyalty through superior service.
