The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and quickly recognizing and acting upon business trends. Key competencies include effective communication, promoting a culture of collaboration, motivating and inspiring the team, providing recognition, managing change, facilitating resolutions, and conducting effective meetings. The role also focuses on customer retention and expansion strategy, building customer loyalty through superior service, and leading with character, building trust, respect, and credibility. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are based on location, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director.
