About The Position

Aldrich is looking for a Practice Coordinator to join our specialized service team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient client and internal operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in document proofreading and editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive client situations professionally
  • Adaptability and efficiency in managing dynamic, competing demands
  • Proactive work ethic, accountable for completing tasks on time
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize opportunities and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and take ownership of multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage critical client documentation, including engagement letters, proposals, and tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Proofread and edit client forms like Power of Attorney and extensions
  • Coordinate client signatures, follow up, and maintain digital files
  • Support billing by preparing invoices, running reports, and assisting with collections
  • Act as a primary contact between clients and staff, facilitating smooth communication and strong relationships
  • Manage the team leader's calendar, handle event registrations, and assist with expense report processing to maintain seamless operations
  • Organize meetings, training, and special events, providing needed support
