Requirements

  • Leadership and direction of nursing and medical support team.
  • Ensuring maximum results and exceptional guest service.
  • Staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, skill development.
  • Process improvement, reporting, program development and implementation.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions for guest experience, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Achieving financial targets (ongoing care, ancillary services, membership growth).
  • Overseeing staffing strategy and guest scheduling.
  • Leading medical team performance (quarterly priorities, accountability, reporting).
  • Supervising and developing medical practice staff.
  • Coordinating implementation of new treatment offerings.
  • Overseeing guest service resolution.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining office policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Managing practice financial operations (budget adherence, invoice oversight).
  • Leading daily huddles.
  • Participating in weekly provider meetings.
  • Creating a draft of a 30-90 Day Action Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and directing the nursing and medical support team to ensure maximum results are achieved while providing exceptional guest service.
  • Staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, skill development, process improvement, reporting, and program development and implementation.
  • Driving operational excellence by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance guest experience, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Working to achieve financial targets, with focus on ongoing care, ancillary services, and membership growth.
  • Overseeing staffing strategy and guest scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization and exceptional service delivery.
  • Leading medical team performance by setting quarterly priorities, facilitating accountability, and reporting on progress.
  • Supervising and developing medical practice staff, including routine 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinating implementation of new treatment offerings.
  • Overseeing guest service resolution to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining office policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Managing practice financial operations including budget adherence and invoice oversight.
  • Leading daily huddles and participating in weekly provider meetings.
  • Creating a draft of a 30-90 Day Action Plan after the first week of orientation/observation and submitting it to the President.
