This position supports our Urogynecology specialty practice and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with hours of either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. This is a hybrid opportunity. After completing onboarding and becoming fully established in the role, the successful candidate will be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week, based on department needs, staffing, and operational requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice while remaining actively involved in daily workflows. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, coordinating provider schedules, supporting patient access, answering phones, and ensuring efficient office operations. The practice is currently comprised of 3 Attending Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Registered Nurses, 2 Administrative Assistants, 1 Administrative Coordinator, and 1 Surgical Scheduler. Providers see patients across multiple locations, with all scheduling coordinated centrally from our Boston office. While this position is primarily based in Boston, occasional travel to affiliated practice locations is expected to support clinical operations, observe workflows, and collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
