Requirements

Three years experience in a healthcare practice management or administrative leadership role
Strong understanding of financial management, human resources, and healthcare operations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and implement strategic growth initiatives
Familiarity with practice management systems and healthcare compliance standards

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a specialty medical practice environment

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the practice and address operational issues as they arise
Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with physician and support their operational needs
Review and present financial statements to physician partners; analyze trends and develop strategies for growth
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial and performance reports
Serve as the main point of contact for consultants, vendors, landlords, IT services, and practice management system providers
Monitor billing and collections, analyze accounts receivable, and maintain effective communication with billing staff
Lead recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of all employees
Manage all managed care relationships, including contract negotiations, credentialing, and reimbursement monitoring
Identify and lead new business development and growth opportunities
Act as liaison with hospitals, health plans, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies
Resolve medical-administrative issues and promote open communication and a healthy clinic atmosphere
Champion patient satisfaction and serve as a support resource for patients and their families when necessary
Oversee clinical operations in coordination with the Clinical Supervisor, with a focus on healthcare outcomes and quality
Assist with qualitative reporting and performance improvement initiatives
Develop and implement guidelines for staff prioritization, performance evaluation, and resource allocation
Perform other duties as assigned by the practice
