About The Position

Qwoted is a social network that connects the media with the experts they need. Reporters at publications like Forbes, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal turn to us daily to find credible sources for their stories. We have a new product called Amplify, that gets small and mid-sized businesses featured by the media. We need someone to help us manage these clients day-to-day and to help grow the operations of the team as the product grows. This person must understand the client's business and their skills, so that they can put them in touch with media who are looking for their expertise in the network. We're looking for a person that loves forging deep client relationships and truly cares about their success. The ideal person will also thrive on putting things in order, like automating manual tasks, writing SOPs, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Previous PR, journalism, or media relationship experience is a big plus
  • Familiarity with Qwoted is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Qwoted to your book of clients — responsive, proactive, and the person they trust to get things done
  • Spot the perfect media opportunities for each client in the Qwoted feed and make sure your client is first in line
  • Keep the momentum with clients and journalists alike, so nothing stalls and nothing slips through
  • Orchestrate interviews and placements end-to-end — matching the right client with the right reporter at the right moment
  • Send weekly updates that clients genuinely look forward to opening
  • Track every win — coverage, outcomes, and the stories behind them
  • Own the systems that keep us sharp: tracking docs, spreadsheets, account records
  • Make us better by tightening workflows, killing busywork, and building processes that scale
  • Help us level up by getting the function ready to take on the next wave of clients
